Reserve unit of choice (must have value > $800k)	Speak with immigration attorney of choice
Send 10% deposit (value of the unit chosen)	Retain Attorney and start Proof of Funds (1-2 months)
Convert Reservation to Contract	Complete and submit all documentation for Petition of Immigration EB5 along with $800,000 at risk investment and $70,000 administrative fees (no payment plan acceptable)
Send additional 10% deposit 12 months after contract date
	Receive Green Card with Conditions about 24 months after submitting petition
Mid 2025 receive full rights and use of apartment via lease agreement, and pay additional 5% deposit
We return the $800K EB5 investment and schedule closing.  Deliver Title	Approx 2027 Receive final Green Card
